Invention Reporting

Ensure that the invention disclosure is enabled per 37CFR Part 401.14

Standard patent rights clauses.

“It shall be sufficiently complete in technical detail to convey a clear understanding to the extent known at the time of the disclosure, of the nature, purpose, operation, and the physical, chemical, biological or electrical characteristics of the invention.”

If the invention is a disclosure according to the definition above,
-
Report within 60 days along with a cover sheet indicating the date it was disclosed/enabled, the cover sheet will also provide the Funding Institution (FI) with any publication information.
